California special education rights attorney Jennifer Chang will be participating in a question & answer session at the launch of StarVista’s Child and Parent Services special needs caretaker support group on Thursday, December 2nd from 6:30-8 pm PT.

StarVista is a non-profit organization that has been helping people throughout San Mateo County navigate life’s challenges for over 5 decades. They offer counseling, crisis prevention, youth housing, and outreach programs that reach tens of thousands of people in their community each year.
